Who Moved My Chesee
Klutikjoss - In the book "Who moved my cheese?" there are four (4) characters are:
1. Sniff-which is always kissing and also anticipate changes.
2. direct – who Scurry immediately rushed to take action.
3. Hem-who are often upset to changes and consider it unjust.
4. Haw – who was initially unwilling to change, but in the end realizes that it should join the changes in the roving
Sniff and Scurry are the two male mice and Hem and Haw are the dwarves of mice and have a similar attitude of man today. Sniff, Scurry, Hem and Haw, who is looking for cheese in the Maze is a maze of dark and often misleading. Sniff, the artist endus and Scurry, the artisan track started running fast down the aisle. By using instict, they chose the method of trial and error.
Often times they get lost down the wrong path, but they continue to try to find a different path. While the Hem and Haw with the ability of thinking and learning are also trying to find a delicious cheese. The fourth finally found a pile of cheese somewhere named Cheese Station c. They very rejoice and start enjoying the delights such as Cheese. After that, their daily routine visit Cheese Station C.
Sniff and Scurry are always wake up to it, take off shoes, tying both of them and hung around his neck, and before enjoying their cheese, check out the place if there are changes. Hem and Haw initially also always get up early but gradually because they already know the way to the cheese, they began to get up and walk away. Hem and Haw are happy and satisfied with the new place so they become arrogant.
Every day they all spend their time in the Maze (a series of corridors and rooms, some of which contain cheese, there is also a dark corner and dead-end alleys). Both rats (Sniff and Scurry) try using a simple cheese found in them. Sniff would be sniffs where there are approximately cheese using the power of smell is great. Scurry will immediately rush looking for (like the Act without thinking). One day they find a cheese (cheese) of their choice on one of the corridor in "Cheese Station C". There they find a supply of cheese (food).
Every day two rats avidly sniffing, scratching, as well as back and forth around Cheese Station C, checks for whether there are changes compared with yesterday, and then eats cheese. One morning they arrive at Cheese Station C and found that his Cheese no longer exists. Both mice are not surprised, because they have noticed that from day to day supplies cheese has been thinning each day. Instinctively they know what they should do immediately looking for cheese in place of the other.
When the Hem and Haw (both dwarves) arrive at Cheese Station C they are very surprised. "What! Where is the Cheese? Who the hell is that Cheeseku move? Return the Cheese of his dong? " Hem exclaimed while grumpy. Haw also couldn't believe it when the cheese they had lost. Both of these dwarves do not know what to do. They stand alone, can't move like a sculpture. Haw suggested, "maybe we should stop analyzing her situation and just go looking for new Cheese". But the Hem did not agree, "anyway I will menyeledikinya to complete".
Meanwhile the two mice are already away on their way. They are not thinking about anything other than the search for new cheese. They found no cheese for some time but because of the constant efforts they finally arrived in "Cheese Station N". Their joy because finding New Cheese inventory that much.
Meanwhile the two dwarves per day came to Cheese Station C but never found any more cheese. Haw began to realize that the longer they stay in the situation without the cheese, the more severe it is. Haw is not happy to imagine having to work hard looking for new cheese. He was afraid of getting lost and not knowing the direction in the search for new cheese. Hem to Haw said, "we just wait until someone revert his Cheese?"
They think someone has stolen their Cheese. Finally Haw realizes that couldn't possibly survive continue with their circumstances and start decided to find new cheese. His mind was filled with worries how to find cheese elsewhere. But inevitably he must search for new cheese somewhere else. Finally the Haw with difficulty could have found "Cheese Station N" and join the Sniff and Scurry who has first been there enjoyed many new cheese.
The fourth figure is trying to represent a simple and complex parts from us regardless of age, gender, race or nationality. Sniff is depicted as a rat who can ' sniff ' changes immediately. His friend, Scurry, in keeping with its name always sprightly in taking an action. Are dwarf Hem has always refused and against changes that occur so arise the fear that propelled him toward something worse.
Haw are trying to adapt any time so something better prepared digapainya. All four live in a Maze depicting places of life outside the US are full of darkness and uncertainty to find cheese. Maze could mean the Organization of our work, the community venues where we socialise, it could even mean family. While the Cheese here is a metaphor of what we want in life, can be work, friendship, love, money, health, independence, peace, and others.
Who Move My Cheese? is the story about the change that occurs in a place with the intricate hallways in which four characters are looking for "cheese" – this cheese is a metaphor of what we want in life: a job, a relationship, money, large tumah, freedom, health, recognition, peace of heart, or just a simple activity such as running or playing golf in the morning, for example. Each of us should have a shadow of what it is we think cheese worth we can and can make us happy.
Four of the characters in these stories depict the part of us that is both simple and complex. The Rat: Sniff and Scurry and The Littlepeople: Hem and Haw. Sometimes we act like Sniff the smell changes immediately. It could be we could like Scurry could act soon so knew there were changes. Perhaps we are more often like a Hem that deny and reject the change out of fear that change will bring it to a worse situation. Or maybe we like Haw who learns to adapt because it sees that the changes could thus bring it to something much better!
Actually what makes us afraid to change? Fear, on the right portion, good also for us, can make us alert, and perform certain actions so that the condition does not get worse. But fear too so we don't dare do anything certainly is not good. So it's like Haw, the question is when we are in doubt and fear to act is "What would you do if you weren't afraid?"
The book consists of three parts. First, A Gathering. About the reunion of former classmates are told how they deal with the changes in life. Second, The Story of Who Moved My Cheese?, which is at the core of this book. In this section it is told how two rat faced change with better than two littlepeople. Both mice see the problem with a simple while the two littlepeople with more complex brain and emotions of seeing things are more complicated. And this is not because the mice smarter. Third, A Discussion. This section tells how people discuss what the meaning of the story for them and how to apply it in their work and their lives.
This is a picture of the lives of all of us. Many changes occur constantly around us. Some are good at reading the changes there are also do not like the changes. Inevitably we also finally have to join with those changes. We must be aware of our surroundings, beware of any change. No need to fear change but take turns adjusting to that environment.
Replica of life represented 2 dwarf rats and 2 it's quite describe what is happening in our lives really are. While reading the behavior of Sniff, Scurry, Hem or Haw we can feel ourselves during this time as the characters which. And seems we brought repeat again what we have done when we experience a lot of life changes. How we behave when something valuable to ever escape from our grasp.
Who Moved My Cheese? through the 4 character Tevye very successfully brought a fresh breeze in giving Enlightenment how to anticipate change, adapt to changes quickly, enjoying the changes and always ready with changes that occur quickly and the inevitable. However, everything is back to ourselves. We want to be a Sniff, Scurry, Hem or Haw? A clear, life has always been quick to change. All the things around us even what we already have can change at any time. Just the change itself that will not change.
The hardest decision is moved from a condition that is "safe and comfortable" to the situation that "somehow". Even if we actually know the exact conditions that we think "safe and comfortable" that has changed. People say that nothing is eternal in this world except the change itself. But that sentence is thus often not regarded as a warning to be ready to change. More often we remember that sentence as a reason to be quiet and not do anything. Know the circumstances. "Depleted wants how else? What could create ...! " Then we amuse ourselves with hope that good fortune will be back again. Spinning wheel again ... Or worse, having surprised because of the changes that we don't want, we wail and hold said that should his condition are not.
Some of the learning that can be taken from this book is:
1. don't ever afraid of facing a change in life.
2. If you do not want to do the necessary changes, surely you Will Perish or be stuck in such conditions continue.
3. One thing yg is very important from necessary changes "better late than never".
4. Change will occur, whether you're hope or not. The changes will be surprising if we did not wish & not noticed.
5. When you quit from fear, for sure you will feel better.
6. By putting attention on small changes early on will help you adapt with a larger change in the foreseeable future.
7. Fast way to change is to be dubbed the foolishness ourselves, so that we can answer & fast moving forward.
